A sample report

Built for an operations coordinator with 6 years' experience who wants out. The person isn't real, and pay figures are estimates. Everything else works the way your report will.

  1. Best fit

    Product operations manager

You already do product ops work under a different name: mapping how requests move between teams, finding where they stall, and fixing the process rather than the symptom.

    Typical pay $95,000 to $125,000 a year

    Details
  2. Customer success manager

Your escalation handling and supplier relationships map directly onto keeping customers successful: you already manage expectations, unblock problems and follow through.

    Typical pay $78,000 to $110,000 a year

    Details
  3. Implementation specialist

Implementation is project coordination with a customer on the other side: timelines, checklists, handoffs and clear documentation, all of which you do now.

    Typical pay $72,000 to $98,000 a year

Questions

How accurate are the pay figures?

They're estimates for the location you give, at the level you could realistically enter. They're useful for comparing routes, but they aren't live market data, so check current listings before you negotiate.

Which countries does it work for?

Any location you name. Pay is estimated in the local currency. If the location is too broad to estimate responsibly, the report leaves pay out rather than guess.

How long does it take?

About five minutes to upload your CV and answer the questions. The analysis itself usually takes about a minute.

What does it cost?

Nothing right now. There's no credit card and no trial to cancel.

What if I don't have a degree?

You'll be asked about your education, and routes that hire on demonstrated skill are favored. When a role usually expects a degree, your report says so.
